Marlon Bolaños represents a new generation of Colombian producers redefining what exceptional coffee can be. Alongside his brothers, he founded The Three Coffee Farmers in Acevedo, Huila—a family project dedicated to producing some of Colombia's most expressive coffees through thoughtful farming and meticulous processing.
Inspired by specialty coffee from an early age, Marlon has become known for his relentless attention to detail and his commitment to showcasing each variety at its purest. His coffees consistently balance sweetness, elegance, and remarkable clarity, making The Three Coffee Farmers one of the most exciting producer groups emerging from southern Huila.

This coffee is intentionally processed to preserve the natural elegance of the Geisha variety while gently enhancing sweetness and structure.
🌸 48-Hour Cherry Fermentation – Whole cherries ferment before depulping to build complexity.
💧 48-Hour Washed Fermentation – A second fermentation without mucilage develops sweetness while maintaining exceptional clarity.
🌤 Slow Drying – Carefully dried over 10–15 days before stabilization for a clean, balanced cup.
