I always tend to lean towards Ethiopian coffees. This one is brilliant with a fruit forward taste.
Cacao and medium fruit. Almost tannic quality, in line with the cab sauv comparison.
This is by far one of the best coffees I have had the opportunity to try. Smooth and easy to drink with a ton of flavor and body. You can taste the fruit, and has a Wine like after taste. The fermentation creates a well balanced experience that separates it from other companies doing similar processes.
Used the suggestions above and really enjoy it (french press). Light, refreshing, mild to moderate sweetness that compliments the 80/90 degree weather. Definitely trends more fruit forward than oaky or cacao.
