The Swiss Water Process – 100% Chemical-Free Decaffeination

Unlike conventional decaffeination methods that use chemical solvents, the Swiss Water Process removes caffeine gently and naturally, preserving the coffee’s full flavor and complexity.

✅ Step 1: Green Coffee Extract (GCE) Preparation – Green coffee is soaked in a proprietary solution containing all coffee’s natural water-soluble compounds—except caffeine.
✅ Step 2: Caffeine Removal Through Osmosis – Beans are submerged in heated GCE, allowing caffeine molecules to exit the coffee while leaving all essential flavors intact.
