The co-fermentation technique used in Sunburst Blend brings out a rich complexity in the coffee:

✅ Step 2: Anaerobic Fermentation – Coffee cherries ferment in sealed tanks, creating depth and complexity.
✅ Step 3: Co-Fermentation – Peach and strawberry co-ferments are added, introducing a unique layer of fruitiness.
