A really nice sweet and solid Costa Rica natural from the famed Tarrazu growing region of Costa Rica. Coming from Finca Guadalupe and under the watchful eyes of Daniela Gutierrez this is clearly a naturally processed coffee thats has had its attention to detail paid and is the result of a decades long investment.
In 2009 Jorge and Ivannia Gutierrez decided to invest in and install their own micro mill, La Montana Tarrazu. They felt a micro mill of their own would add value to their already amazing coffee as well as the ability to control all factors of processing to increase their quality. Currently Daniels, Don Jorge and Ivannia's daughter are in charge of the processing and managing of the coffees sale. Washed, honey and natural process they do the lot. Never keen to sit on their laurels they are currently innovating with the planting of rare and exotic coffee plant varietals too.
Really Jammy and syrupy we tastes lots of candy like Strawberry and some nice cherry chocolate undertones.
