London Fog brings together two distinctly floral coffees — an expressive Caturra from Andrés Martínez in Cauca and a classic washed Ethiopian from Yirgacheffe. The Colombian component brings dense aromatics and sweetness, while the Ethiopian adds clarity and citrus, creating a blend that feels elegant, lifted, and beautifully composed.

The cup opens with fragrant bergamot and lavender before unfolding into bright citrus and delicate lychee sweetness. As it cools, the florals become even more pronounced, leading into a silky, tea-like finish that is clean, aromatic, and incredibly refreshing.

Story

London Fog is our take on a floral-forward blend—bridging modern processing from Cauca, Colombia with the timeless clarity of Ethiopian washed coffees.

This release also marks our first collaboration with importer Unblended, whose work connects us with producers like Andrés Martínez pushing boundaries in both flavor and process.
